「No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.」

「I needed a place for myself for a 3-day weekend, and this was a perfect studio for it. Very clean. Pull out couch is very comfortable as a bed. Good instructions. Owner very responsive. Wonderful location near the beach. Just far enough away from the center of town to be out of the mayhem, but a nice walk into town.」

「Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. 「We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected, and ideally located for exploring Provincetown. Comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used a lot (after shopping at the nearby super-market). 「My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.」

「Great deck, simple furnishings. A/C has a remote & works well. Deck is very nice & peaceful place to hang out. When you get there the key boxes are under the deck/not intuitively near the door. Lower key box does not open so we had one set of keys the entire time. (we didn't care but can be inconvenient). Kitchen has no basics, like oil, spices etc. Just something to note. There is NO pantry designated. Lots of glass ware, cups, & plates, frying pans, stovetop stuff but no cooking sheets...

「This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend」

「Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms on “Upper Deck” are small but well appointed. The ac was very loud but that helped to drown out other sounds. I think they were doing laundry in the building because the whole room was shaking when I was trying to nap. Not terrible but not ideal. My father had a room on the first floor and that was great! Large, quiet, everything you need. Breakfast is good if you can eat gluten and dairy. All in all we would stay here again. 」
