The room was nice and the deck overlooking the ocean and the convenience of the beach was amazing. For being on Commercial St., it was very quiet and made it easy to sleep.

Amazing, we were ON the water. I didn't want to leave our room! But we were in a great location right down a driveway from Commercial Street and all the action but room was quiet and peaceful. A hidden gem. Nice people, great vibe. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The furnishings were high quality. Small touches that indictae that thos owner knows their stuff. Room even had binoculars! The bed was too soft for me but might not be for others.

What a great find! Right on the water with a beautiful view from your deck including lounge chairs and table for coffee in the mornings. It’s located perfectly in the middle of everything including restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We have stayed in PTown many times, but Dyers Beach House may be our new favorite!

The Dyers Beach House has all the nice extras that most places would charge a fer for. Dyers gives at a courtesy terry bathrobes, beach chairs and towels. Very safe relaxing vacation,the town and people were friendly and welcoming. Worth the ride

Simply the best!

Loved this place! You simply cannot beat the location - right on the beach and right in the middle of the action of Commercial Street. All the good restaurants are within easy walking distance as well as many fun stores to peruse. The hotel is very quiet despite being in the middle of the action. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Such a perfect location for our first visit to P-town. Beach house is right in the middle of Commercial street, shops & restaurants are literally a few seconds walk from the rooms. The location is very quiet, tucked away from the street enough to offer a nice private feel. We couldn't be happier with the room. The view was incredible & the private beach was amazing. I would love to visit P-town & stay at Dyer's again.

Amazing stay

What a nice, "hidden" gem - I stayed here for Labor Day and absolutely enjoyed my stay. Great location, awesome room with a fantastic deck overlooking the ocean. Super nice and helpfull team - so couldn't be happier with my stay and looking forward to return to Dyer's beach house
