Personal war stets freundlich, wirkte aber manchmal „reserviert“. Wir hätten uns eine konsequentere Durchsetzung der hoteleigenen Verhaltensregel gewünscht, was die Nutzung von Drohnen angeht, um die Privatsphäre anderer Gäste zu schützen.
