「When I arrived at the property, the security guard told me that I had to drive 3 miles down the road on Route 1 to check in and get my room key because of how I booked the my room. When I arrived at the check in on Route 1 they told me that I would be in building 4 and that the elevator was broken. I told them one of the people in my family is in a wheelchair and was not possible. They assigned me another room in building 2, which was a terrible the walls were dirty and need painting, the frying...

「The location of the property is nice, overlooking the ocean, but is seriously in need of maintenance! The room was large and situated in a secluded area of the facility, which we enjoyed, but trying to locate the room with the way they have the rooms numbered was annoying. Breakfast, if it qualifies as that, was sparse at best. On a positive note, the restaurant next door, Snappers, was wonderful! 」

「Our stay was nothing short of Amazing. It's a very quiet property, which we really enjoyed. Everything was very clean. Kayaking was so beautiful near the resort in the mangroves. We were able to spot several manatees and a small shark on our kayaking adventures. The scones were the absolute BEST!!! We stay in the Manatee room (room 1) during our stay. The only downfall in our room was the bed could definitely be relaced. It was pretty worn out. I also wish they would have had a safe in the...

「We had a poor visit at the property. There is no one onsite to help with checking in and they assigned us the incorrect room. In the morning, there was no water to our room. They did not get the water turned back on during our stay and did not offer any refund. We would not recommend staying here. The lack of staff on the property made it difficult and they did not address issues in a timely manner. Definitely not worth it for the price. 」
