Very nice staff. Rooms were very clean and neat. All electrical items worked well. Even though it is located near the main drag, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was good even if a bit limited. Could use decaf coffee, but it is available in the room. King bed very comfortable. All in all great stay.

The bed was comfortable and it serves its purpose. It’s just a place to sleep. The shower could use some serious updating, I took a cold shower because the knobs will not adjust probably. It’s one of those ancient knobs where you have one that controls the cold water and one that controls the hot water. I grew up on a house with these so it wasn’t user error that the temp couldn’t be controlled properly. The shower mat inside the tub is black and seems disgusting but because it’s black it’s hiding all the mold. The room definitely smells like mildew and you feel constantly wet in the room due to the humidity. The tv remote also didn’t work. This is noted in other reviews I read so they must not care to fix even small issues. We got a good nights sleep and that’s all that mattered to us. I would not stay here for more than a night

The Key Largo Inn was about what we would expect based on price and availability for the price during a popular resort area for our one night stay relative to similar properties. It isn't priced or promoted as luxury lodging but it met our needs. There was no extra charge for parking, our room was clean, WiFi was reliable, staff were pleasant, breakfast included coffee, tea, juice and pastries - enough for us. We would definitely consider returning to stay again at the Key Largo Inn.

Staff was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Seemed cleaned, but very much past its prime. New carpet or flooring would go a long way towards covering the age. My travel partner didn't care for it one bit, mostly put off by the wear and tear and condition of carpet... So it will do, but you won't get high fives for your selection, unless budget and comfortable bed is the primary measure if success.

We found roach droppings and mold on the walls and window sills. The door was hard to close. There was screws hanging out of the door at head level where I scratched my hand. The door wouldn’t seal and we had little curly tailed lizards coming in and out of our room all day and night long. We needed to put towels around the top and bottom of the door so they wouldn’t come in while we were sleeping. The owner was very upset with us cause we were walking around the building. We knew the hotel was non-smoking so we walked around the back of the building to smoke and look for sea shells.The breakfast buffet that was promised turned into packaged pastries with coffee and juice. The pool closed at sundown and the front desk closed at 10:30pm. Here’s c Over all for the money we spent on the hotel we were very disappointed in what we got. It was not the way it was promoted on the website. Very disappointed in the hotel.

The room was somewhat clean, but very rundown cracked and missing tiles in the bathroom a water leak somewhere that made the carpet wet by the bathroom door no seal on the front door and no lock plate for safety not someplace I would stay again

Adriana was very warm and welcoming offered good suggestions. This is a place you can consider if you're on a budget. The only issue was our room AC was making some noise all night long but apart from that, the place was nice with good connectivity to restaurants, bars and a CVS. Room was clean and minimalistic with basic amenities.

Clean room. Front desk saved us from a terrible situation. We initially booked another local hotel and when we arrived that hotel didn’t receive our reservation. We called frantically last minute to secure a stay and they were the first ones to help us. The nice lady on the phone blocked the one room left at this inn at this price while we arrived 5 minutes later. She was very sympathetic and helpful and we are so grateful. We were able to stay locally for a family’s wedding on such short notice . She quickly checked us in and we were able to make it to dinner with our family. Great service . Has all that you need for a stay.

I was blown away by the 10 out of 10 reviews. We arrived, room 217 smelled like smoke and mold. Dirty, cobwebs on ceiling. Cracked tiles around window in bathroom. Oddly room had 1 queen but was set up for 2 doubles so there was 2 headboards randomly on the walls. Went to the front desk and they gave us room 115. Staff was nice. Room 115 was much better... or so we thought until we realized we were sharing the bathroom with ants. What turned out to be 8 to 10 around the sink severely multiplied during the night to where we didn't want to use the bathroom the next morning. They were on the move into towards the beds. We left. Very overpriced for the hotel. Not sure if we ended up with the 2 worst rooms or if the other reviews were bots.

Extremely old, musty smelling. Hair dryer from the 1940’s. Otherwise seemed clean as a place that old can be and the staff was extremely nice.
