"The house my wife and I rented in Davenport was large and very nice with plenty of space and in good condition - 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was in a gated community which felt very safe with quality landscaping throughout the area. It had a nice pool and spa as well. Although there was an extra expense to heat the pool and spa, my wife and I felt it was worth it. I do feel it would be helpful to have more information regarding the specific house you will get prior to booking. However,...

"nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip"

"The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful. "

"It is as nice but a few spots on the carpet and broken shelf’s in the refrigerator a few roaches in the kitchen. Didn’t like the fact we had to pay to warm the pool after the high expense stay. Some strict rules and hidden fee. Fees was not discussed till arrival day. "
