ヴェルステンの三つ星ホテル

「Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights. Probably would stay again but not in the summer」

「コンパクトだが地元密着型の歴史のあるホテル。ケルンらタクシーで10分、20ユーロ弱程度。決してエレガントなホテルではないがアットホームな旅館といった感じ。フロントは若い女性数名で運営されホスピタリティー度は高い。」

「ケルン大聖堂までは徒歩圏内です。周辺には飲食店も沢山あり食事に困りません。提携駐車場の割引があります。かなりお得になりました（提携駐車場は予約時にメッセージ頂けます） スタッフの対応も良く的確です。日本語が話せるスタッフも居て助かりました。」

「ケルンメッセの時に宿泊しました。 主要道路から少し入った裏手にあるため、とても静かでゆっくりとした時間を感じられる宿でした。 レストランは木々に囲まれとてもよい雰囲気です。 来年も是非泊まりたいと思っています。」

「朝10時ごろに到着した際にアーリーチェックインを申し出たところ、会員登録すれば無料になると親切に教えていただきその場で登録いただき無料になりました。大変助かりました。」

「Everything was great at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the amenities were useful and it’s in a great spot of the city. One thing I will say though was the cleanliness of some parts of the room. There were quite a few flies, which yes is normal of course but there was also a maggot on one of the coffee packs. Other than that, no complaints.」
