Glad we found this place

Lovely hotel with free open carpark. Our room was a business room, it had a microwave, sink and fridge along with a work surface to sit out. It was very compact but lovely and updated - extra bonus was plug sockets next to the bed! We didn’t have breakfast here but Very very happy with the hotel. We walked into the local town which had a few casual restaurants open and then walked to the Rive Rhine watched an amazing sunset and walked back through the buzzing old town (stopping for a beer) the area felt very safe.

1. The blanket was a joke. To provide now in December, wintertime, such a thin blanket without the possibility of an additional extra warming cover from the wardrobe is absolutely unsatisfying 2. There were a couple of dark red spots in the carpet in front of the big mirror in the room. It looked like blood. Horrible! 3. The wallpaper behind the desk was full of bigger spots up to the ceiling. As if something has exploded on the desk, the dirt was wiped away from the wallpaper but the dark edges remained

Todo bien excepto que un dia se activo la alarma y estuvo sonando mas de dos horas sin que nadie del hotel tomara accion. Tuvimos que reclamar en el restaurant para que ellos lo notificaran. Inaceptable esta situacion. Tambien recomendamos mayor empatia del personal de recepcion

Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut gefallen. Das personal war Nett und freundlich, mit ein paar flotten aber hilfreichen Worten auf der Lippe. Es wurden Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, und auch sonst konnte man sich Nett unterhalten. Alles in allem für den kleinen Geldbeutel und für einen Wochenen Ausflug zu empfehlen. Die Betten waren sehr weich, für Leute mit rückenproblemen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Vi havde bestilt 2 værelser og ankom om natten og trængte til at sove. Det ene værelse var.ikke gjort klar, så vi skulle flyttes til et andet værelse. Sengen var meget blød på midten og ikke så blød i enderne - ikke særlig komfortabel. Om morgenen faldt dørhåndtaget til toilettet af - så fik vi værelse nr. 3 på 9 timer

Valuta för pengarna mellan Köln och Düsseldorf

Allt motsvarade våra förväntningar: ett vänligt bemötande, ett rent rum och en skön säng. På frukosten var allting ovanligt trevligt upplagt och det fanns mycket att välja på. Perfekt ställe att bo på för ett besök i Köln och/eller Düsseldorf eftersom det ligger precis mittemellan. Rekommenderar också ett besök på Eiscafé Dolomiti i själva Monheim.
