"The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service."

"Just slept and left. It is literally just a 3 minute walk from wear the airport shuttle from Handa drops you off. And a 3 minute walk to the station. Location, location, location!!!"

"The hotel was quite far from the station and the room was quite small and smelly. Although the staff was polite when they are at the front desk, their assistance was bare minimum. I have stayed at a few other APA hotels, and they have been so positive and pleasant, so this stay at Hachioji was a disappointment. "

"It was convenient for pur family. We booked 5 rooms total. Rooms are a bit small and dated but very close to train station and bus stn to haneda airport. For the price it’s ok. "

"It is an excellent hotel by all means. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is sparklingly clean and very comfortable. The area itself has a very charming local town feel with lots of restaurants, shoppings, and is within very close proximity to the train station. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Tokyo."

"THANK GOODNESS I booked this hotel cause it was storming when I arrived and had no umbrella. It’s the only hotel I saw that was basically connected to the hotel with a covered walkway, almost to the door so I was able to roll my luggage easily and only had to cross the street uncovered to arrive and that saved me and my suitcase from getting soaked!!!!! "

"The room was perfect. Just big enough to be comfortable but small enough to be affordable. Breakfast every morning was a little different but always delicious. Plenty of stores nearby and the station as well, making it primo for getting to anywhere you wanted to go easily! The staff was very patient, understanding and kind. "My wife and I booked a room in this hotel for a one-night stay to make our trip to Mt. Takao easier the next day. In terms of that, it was fine. Mt. Takao is just two stops away and we were able to get started nice and early thanks to this hotel. The price was good, especially because I booked it last minute. The breakfast buffet was also quite affordable and pretty good (the food was at convenience store quality, but in Japan that means it wasn't bad at all). The staff had some ability to use...
