「Management is terrible, found a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain pole, toilet water running all night , AC rattling all night, draw on night stand keeps opening. Manager not there until 9:30 am , I had an early checkout and left a message from front desk for manager to call back and he never called the customer back. I had to call him back 4 times but didn’t received any compensation for the above issues.」

「Friendly staff, buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and our room was comfortable. Wish the pool was open beyond 7:00 pm. Would stay here again.」

「This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here.」

「The room and the property itself was good. It was clean and maintained. The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it. Otherwise it’s an older facility, but I would go there again and stay food was close by and it was fairly easy to get around choosing an app. . Otherwise it’s an older...
