The hotel also offers dinner on site which we didn't book because we had dinner in the city but what we saw looked also very good. "

"I really like the location of this hotel/onsen. It's right on the river and you can hear and view it as you soak in the onsen or as you're enjoying tea in your room. The staff tried their best to help us in english. Between that and Google we were able to figure things out.
