"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "This was a typical business hotel. The rooms were bit an outdated. Staff was courteous and professional. I’m very grateful to the staff for recovering something I for The hotel is conveniently located near Aizuwakamatsu Station. "

"Excellent "Western" Japanese Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the the rooftop Japanese spa, the excellent breakfast and after dinner the lounge with fresh drinks and snacks. The hotel also offers dinner on site which we didn't book because we had dinner in the city but what we saw looked also very good. "

"Partner and I shared a room - quite a small space, but totally comfortable for a couple nights! Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! "

"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice. Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"
