「Check-in was unnecessarily complicated. It was difficult to find the reception. They did not provide parking as described in the listing, instead they tell you to go park in public parking in the area. The room is small and the hallways smell weird. The worst thing is that they make you clean your room and you have to change your own sheets before you leave. That is ridiculous for the price you pay!」

「The property is quite dated needs to be upgraded」

「Not clean, smelled weird. The hand towel was dirty to the point where it was stiff. Not their fault, but on top of this faul smell coming from the room, I was having allergies from all the plants, trees, and dirt outside. I let them know we were unable to stay here and wanted a refund. They acted very understanding and said they were able to refund us if we dispute it with our credit card company. We trusted them and they lied to our face. Today my credit card company said they replied saying...
