Wonderful location but it is the staff that makes this place so special. The front desk staff (especially Claire) was phenomenal but everyone else was fantastic as well. Claire is exceptional and made the stay.

Great location but quite noisy

Beautiful hotel in the centre of St Tropez, with the Louis Vuitton restaurant at the patio. However, we were on the ground floor where the music was very loud and there was a lot of noise from the hotel staff and restaurant, which made it very hard to sleep or have privacy.

Décevant - Disappointing

Cet hôtel est fortement recommandé sur votre site et très haut de gamme en matière de prix ! Toutes les photos sur votre site sont des photos prises comme l'hôtel avait l'air il y a 10-15 ans, dans ma chambre, les meubles sont une honte vieille et cassée, même la porte de l'armoire était impossible à fermer, le tuyau de douche cassé, les fixations des fenêtres de la salle de bain ne fonctionnaient pas, en général, la décoration était une honte de faire partie du groupe LVMH. Ils devraient bien regarder car l'emplacement est parfait pour Saint-Tropez This hotel comes highly recommended on your site and very upscale in terms of price! All photos on your site are photos taken as the hotel looked 10-15 years ago, in my room the furniture is a shame old and broken, even the wardrobe door was impossible to close , the shower hose broken, the fixings of the bathroom windows did not work, in general the decoration was a shame to be part of the LVMH group. They should take a good look as the location is perfect for Saint-Tropez

Location, location, location! You are in the heart of central St. Tropez and steps to everything. Cafe’s, great restaurants and all of your luxury retailers around the corner. Staff is amazing and provide great recommendations and can arrange reservations. The lounge/restaurant has a great vibe at night. Highly recommended!

From the minute we entered the grounds, we were greeted by this lovely lady. the hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. i love the way they made us feel- with complementary coffee, refrigerated drinks, best hands down toiletry- his and hers necessities like shaver/cream for him and nail filer, hair scrunchy for me. and they even gave me a purse wallet with the logo white 1921. they had a dj every night til 1am but yet you couldn’t hear the noise of the music or people while we were in our rooms. stayed in la negresco in Nice and this hotel in saint tropez is way better. the location is right in the middle of everything!!!
