After dragging my suitcases around during my entire trip I was thrilled at the convenience of having the hotel almost inside the station. The hotel is clean and the amenities were great. I was surprised to see so many Dyson appliances in the hotel room as well. I think the cost performance for this hotel is great and I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"This is my 2nd time at this location. The room we checked-in had an obscene odor that kept us awake all night. We tried to identify where the smell was coming from by sniffing around but couldn’t locate. Finally around 4 am, we called the front desk to request a room change, which they kindly accommodated. However, the 2nd room we checked in also had the less obscene version of the same wet rotten towel smell. We then figured out that it came from the vent. We also saw a small blood stain on the...

"Great to have rest after flight from Haneda airport. Near the hotel , there is 24H ramen restaurant that is helpful. Room is large enough to open suits case for two people. "

"It has a great (convenient) location, close to the JR station which is next to Shinagawa, there are many restaurants around the hotel, grocery store downstairs. The room we stayed (Twin room) is big enough to spend one night. Very clean. There is a big locker room that you can keep your luggage until check-in time. I wish that there would be clear information on the street where to check-in. I didn't expect that it was above the grocery store!"
