"This is a nice, modern and quiet hotel in a good location near the train station. Staff are very friendly and the continental breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay again."

"Really enjoyed my stay, the place was lovely and clean, had a nice breakfast with good options, good WiFi. And it was close to the tram. The staff were all friendly as well. "

"We usually stay here if we are in the Manchester area. Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good & it’s very close to the Trafford centre. We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "

"Overall it was great. But hair dryer in the bathroom was not in good working order. The shower was a bit hot and cold at times. Other than that it was a great stay and enjoy the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. "

"Convenient location - 10 minute walk from town centre, room was big and clean, breakfast included was a bonus, gym, easy to park in the hotel car park (although there is an extra charge). Will stay again next time I'm in the area!"

"Check in was fine. Had to pay for parking which is a Liberty. My aircon unit leaked and dropped throughout the night. Breakfast was fine Staff were good too "

"Travelled for a concert what was cancelled but had a fun day out in Manchester. Hotel was lovely very accommodating as we had a dog also who received a cute little goodie bag from reception! He loves his new ball. Lovely hot showers and clean room all at a very good price. If concert is rescheduled we will most definitely stay again. Breakfast was fabulous, the bread was so soft and fresh. A wonderful selection to choose from. All staff were professional and pleasant. Well done holiday inn...

"Was really nice finding this hotel at last min at the rate I did."

"We had a great time yet again at the village hotel but fortunately we stopped in 173. This room is narrative impossible to find the postage for it is absolutely crazy. If we just stopped another room we will give you a five star service rating."

"The food and coffee were brilliant, the rooms were nice and the spa facilities were glorious! Lovely walks nearby. The staff were also super kind and friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return if I'm back in the area!"
