My daughter and I stayed here for the katseye concert we traveled from Scotland. As soon as we arrived around 2pm we were greeted by the reception staff with such warmth and kindness! They are truly a credit to your hotel. The room was lovely clean and perfect for what we needed, the hotel was lovely modern and very stylish we felt very comfortable and happy with this choice of hotel. The breakfast was 11/10, the choices available were fantastic and my daughter was especially pleased with the breakfast waffles! We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back for a stay when we come to Manchester again. Thank you again to all your staff who were so lovely and accommodating to me and my daughter it really made our whole experience that much better!

Room was very clean just bags in either bins but odd especially in a bathroom bin. Shampoo conditioner body wash all supplied. Very disappointed with all of the staff. Found all of them rude, brought lattes while waiting for our room and they were cold. Breakfast was fine, again staff pick and chose who’s table to clear.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton at Manchester, the room was nice and clean, they had a mini fridge to keep my drinks cool, the staff was really friendly and provided a welcoming environment. I loved having breakfast, seeing the range of foods at their breakfast buffet, where they accounted to the dietary needs of their guests. They also gave guests the opportunity to have a waffle for breakfast, using a waffle maker with the option of mini marshmallows and sprinkles to use.
