「El apartamento que cogimos estaba bien,por la distribución y la zona bien comunicada de la catedral y zona centro. El aparcamiento muy cerca,hacen descuento pero aún así sale un poco caro si estás varios días. Tuvimos que pedir una sartén pues no tenian,básico en una cocina,y cuando fuimos a la piscina como no se reserva ,la cantidad de gente que había era poco seguro para poder estar y nadar, tuvimos que irnos. Falta de organización en este tema」

「Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...
