Lovely, clean room and the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The coffee machine made a really nice mocha, which was a great touch. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from Canal Street. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean and a good size. The kitchenette was clean with very adequate utensils and cooking implements provided. Nice under counter fridge. Lovely shower with good water pressure. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The idea of the apartment type room was great. However, the wifi didn’t work in my room. I had to sit in the corridor if I needed to make a call or do some work. When talking to reception about it apparently it’s a common issue and will resolve in time. I went back a few hours later to inform it still wasn’t working to be told they had to call their manager. It didn’t work the whole time I was there so not the best if you need to work. The tv aerial wouldn’t stay in the back of the tv. This was obviously known about as there was black tape to try and keep it in place already on it. The room was very spacious and had everything needed. Didn’t feel overly clean but it was ok

Great location (5 minutes walk from Oxford Road Station) in the centre of Manchester. Easy check in (there's a £1 tourist tax per night, but that's across all Manchester hotels). Room was fine and as advised though, being on the lower ground floor (the basement), I opened the curtains to a view of..... a concrete wall. Not much of a problem since I wasn't spending much time in the room. Overall good and very handy to have a kitchenette

Great location next to China Town. There for a week with work. Rooms are a little worn down and couldn’t open window so very stuffy. Had to listen to lift being fixed at 6am two days running.

Booked in June 2025, arrived June 2026 to be told that the payment hadn’t gone through and it happens all the time through Hotels.com/Expedia. I had sent a question in advance of the stay which was never answered. The room itself was nice, the staff were nice, great location, bed was comfy, everything was clean. It was a great hotel, just a shame about them not contacting me about payment or responding to my query.
