"There is not a ton of privacy in your room. I could hear everything from the room next door and I’m sure they could hear us. Also, the connecting door to the other room was left unlocked and someone walked into my room from the connecting room which was startling. The beds are not comfortable at all, and to top it off we found a small roach crawling up the glass shower on our first night. Oh, and there is no parking here unless you pay $45 a night for valet. The worst hotel I have stayed in at Laguna. I did like the ocean view and staying right on the beach, but you can find that almost anywhere in Laguna. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful overall, but I would definitely not book here again. Not the experience I was hoping for at all."
