「旧市街の中に位置し、周囲には飲食店も多くロケーションは最高です。近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、部屋にミニキッチン、冷蔵庫、調理器具、食器などもあるので食事には苦労しません。 フロントデスクがなく、チェックイン時には電話する必要があるので、人によっては面倒に感じるかもしれません。外の通りでは午前1時まで音楽が流れているので騒音が気になる人もいるかもしれません。 全体的には大満足で高評価です。」

「レンタカーでコトル周辺を回る際に宿泊。新しい施設で、部屋、ロビー、プールなど全て清潔で機能的。フロントの対応も大規模ホテルに多い画一的対応でなくこちらの希望に的確に対応するもので良好。朝食もモンテネグロ風フレンチトースト他、三種類からメインを選べ、美味でした。おすすめ度高いです。」

「DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. 」

「We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. 」

「Very nice vacation apartment, the balcony is large with a fantastic view over the Bay of Kotor with the majestic mountains behind. Several farm animals nearby give it a very calm and serene vibe complementing the city life in the old town just a 7-10 minute walk away. Goran (owner) is easygoing and very helpfull for trips and transfer, driving us himself if no other drivers are available. He is also very Quick to respond to messages. 「The apartments were easy to find and in a perfect location. Beautifully located along the edge of the water and just a 15 minute walk from the old city, Kotor. Also, within walking distance is a shopping mall, supermarket, and plenty of bars, cafes, and places to eat. The apartment had all the necessities and were clean and orderly... perfect for a multi night stay. The owners were nice and helpful and made you feel welcome. For sure, a great place to stay!」
