"Perfect stay, very good location, clean rooms with a lot of extras, amazing view over the city in the room - and especially the breakfast place. Rich buffet, best breakfast we had during our trip through Japan."

"great hotel."

"Although the property is not exactly updated, it was incredibly clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s located right in front of the beginners lift and was close proximity to the ski school and shuttle pick up. I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Location super convenient to the train station. 15 minutes or so walk to main attractions is pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable mix of Japanese and western. Evening sake tasting a nice touch."

"Location was good with free parking. Breakfast was very good with multiple options."

"Friendly staff and super close to the subway. Worth for the price you pay - the double room is a bit tight but they optimized the space to include everything needed"

"Great value for the price, location is ideal and the staff were exceptional "

"Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Room was neat and tidy on arrival and each return. Close to plenty of bars and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to Nagano Station. I would stay again!"
