Excellent central hotel in Nagano, very close to the station (around 5 min walk). We checked in late after the Shinkansen from Tokyo and the process was quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and twinned with Wendy’s so there was the option of a burger as well. Clean and tidy hotel.

I only had one night in Nagano, but this hotel was very convenient to the train station, food and shopping. I really liked the lockers out front, as I was able to drop off bags before check in without any fuss. The room was very comfortable.

Amenity choices are wide. The frontdesk staff is super polite and efficient. The location and parking area is closed to main train station which is very convenient. The parking fee is ¥800 which is even lower than some smaller city. Good deal!

Handy to the station and great, friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and helped with the automated check in. There are lots of extras provided including a free soft drink every day, choice of extra pillows and donuts. The rooms are very small for two people but there is a big tv and a small lounge and fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Check-in was effortless, and the customer service was spotless. A complimentary drink of your choice from the vending machine, along with a donut and hot coffee or tea, was a fantastic touch. I love hotels that let you take as many amenities as you need, and this is one of them! Their products are POLA, which is a big plus. If you’re looking for a good Western breakfast, they offer a solid one. Another great perk is the free locker storage for your luggage. One small recommendation: they don’t provide humidifiers in the rooms, which is quite common in Japanese hotels. And connecting to a wifi can be a little bit dounting Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again

The hotel was very clean and up to date. When w arrived we were given directed to the lockers near reception for our bags since we were early and check in was not for another 3 hours. Once we checked in we had access to water, coffee and ice as well as an amenities bar that was well stocked. We also had access to an afternoon dessert. We got free breakfast for the 2 days we were there and it was very good( access to Wendy’s too). We had towels and robes for our room along with slippers. Overall an great experience.
