It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time
Warm and convenient apartment.Don't expect too much. But good enough for snow sports.

Good location for Happo One and Hakuba 47
Good location for Hakuba ski resorts. shuttle bus stops outside.
The complex is very tired and run down, however the rooms/studios are great.
The kitchen is small and has gas hob and small grill & microwave.
Heating worked well.
Checkin was easy, they will leave details of you room in a message for you if you arrive when they are not there.
Plenty of parking available.
Ok hotel, has everything you need. Ideally need a hire car to stay here long term as not many shops or restaurants close by. Not bad location though if keen on doing Goyru and 47 slopes.
Hakuba White Mountain is supposedly near the ski resort, but even a short 10 minute walk is hard with all that snow. Don't attempt it if you're not used to winter season.
Room is clean and big, although the heater did nothing to heat the room. It works, but when I asked the staff why it wasn't able to heat the room, all they could say was that was the maximum output.

Good but you need a car
Lovely but you spend an average of 2000Y per trip to move around.. nothing is around so you need a car... if you got one you're good... the room is spacious
These apartments were actually not what we expected as we booked on short notice but it ended up being better than we had hoped for. Nice clean quiet place with free shuttles running. The owners picked us up from the train station and dropped us back. Fully equipped with cooking facilities but we didn't need them. We ended up going to West Coast Cafe 200m down the road every night for Tea. The owner Mike was great. The apartments were close to Hakabu 47 and Goryu. Myself and my two young kids were more than happy. It is a bit old but still in good condition and everything worked for us and reasonably priced.
Room was a nice surprise. Spacious, with separate bedroom and living room.
Heaters worked well.

Great Location, ok rooms.
My girlfriend and I spent one night at the hotel for our weekend snowboarding trip. The location was close to many snowboarding locations in Hakuba. The room was big. However, the building was a little old and in need of renovation. The full sized kitchen is ideal for long stays or for people who want to cook in the room instead of finding a restaurant. The room was a little cold and the 2 heaters were not powerful enough to make the whole room warm. Overall it was an affordable and ok stay.
This was a very nice hotel close to the ski lifts. We had a family room that was very large. It included a kitchenette, but unfortunately the gas was not turned on yet, so we could not cook. The refrigerator and microwave worked fine for us though. It was a little cold in the room even with all of the heaters running. Overall, it was well worth the price we paid.
The hotel rooms are nice. If you don't have a car it isn't in a good location as its over a mile from the train station and few restaraunt choices nearby. Cabs are hard to come by as well so we walked through the snow a lot. Bring towels as the ones provided are more like hand towels. The hotel staff doesn't man the desk all the time so make sure to call ahead and tell them when you'll arrive. They can pick you up from the train station though. Overall it's a nice place but just be aware of the limitations.
Hakuba White Mountain is off the beaten path and roughly a mile to the train/bus station. It is cheap, but transportation to do anything is expensive which offsets the savings.
Pros: relatively cheap, quiet, and safe area. Walking distance to two restaurants, Lawson, and 7-11. Free shuttle to Hakuba 47.
Cons: difficult to get to, expensive to go anywhere ($20 cab to Happo-One). Very difficult to get a cab to come pick you up (no one knows where the hotel is, and many cabbies don't speak English). Limited restaurants and nightlife nearby. No staff at the front desk so you are on your own. Getting the shuttle to take you to the train/bus station requires a local cell phone (no landline available), and they have limited availability for the hotel bus. We had to walk a mile each way to the train/bus stop on Sunday in order to go do sight seeing because the hotel bus was not available.
Overall this hotel is good if you plan to cook in your room (stovetop provided), don't want nightlife and only plan to ski at Hakuba 47. If you want to ski at Happo-One (much bigger, and has nightlife and restaurants), then spend the extra money and stay on the slopes or walking distance to Happo-one. It will end up being the same price or cheaper because you won't have to pay $20 each way to get to Happo-One and you can walk to restaurants or shops. We enjoyed our stay here, but would choose to stay at Happo-One if we did it again.

Good place, they took us and picked us up in a private van to ski, the rooms are great for the cost and only 8mins away from the mountain. The check in was great they had the room already set up with the heat in. Only down side is no room service, so no need towels or sheets if you stay for more than one night but I'm sure they would accommodate you if you asked.
Staff non existent, bed collapsed when sat on, chairs broken, stove broken, no towels, not enough crockery and cutlery, no extra bedding (ie pillows), stained blankets. Located far from most things needed, such as supermarkets, so you need a car, or take a taxi.
