"Was initially given a teeny tiny room but staff told me they could move me to a bigger room the next day and they did. I like that the windows actually open for fresh air. Wasn’t thrilled that they added the elevator key card since last time but I guess in NYC they have to have it for safety. Just gets annoying. It’s a cute place in a great location."

"Great place to stay. Close to lots and real close to Time Square and the theater district. For the price I paid...could have used better TP. Not the cheap stuff. Good thing I brought my own. Staff were great and very helpful and accommodating."

"It was a nice experience to stay at Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square. It's a perfect spot if you want to be near of the heart of the city. I really enjoy the environment, the staff was very attentive and polite. The room's conditions were clean and comfortable. "

"This is a nice hotel, but let's be realistic. The breakfast isn't great, all very unhealthy options all served on disposable plates and cutlery. Very wasteful. The rooms are comfortable but very dark inside. This hotel is fine for a few days but better breakfast options and being more environmentally minded would improve it."

"Overall I loved the location. The biggest challenge was there is no full time restaurant or convenient sitting area. However overall it is a clean and neat hotel and the staff are wonderful as well as the bar area, but it is only open from 5pm until 10:30. So any extra food service is via having it delivered from an outside source."
