"Amazing. Really friendly staff. Luxury clean room with all the amenities. Had the best night sleep so far in Manila. Definitely staying again. However won’t pay for the breakfast as for the same price I’d rather order off the breakfast menu. Buffet was limited but cooked well. Lots of activities here and a great set up. "

"We had an extended stay here, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and the front door concierge men made us feel like family, and even looked out for us when we would wait for our rides or go walk around. The hotel gives a very luxurious feel when you walk in and they have daily breakfast buffet for a small fee. Their rooftop bar has excellent service and 2 for one drinks during happy hour and is next to the pool which was great. And their spa services...

"Simply put, the staff is amazing! Friendly and accommodating. One big problem however is the cigarette smoke that infiltrates room 318. The loud music from the club was also a problem. If I ever stay at Rothman again I will never stay in room 318 or anywhere near. Location is centrally located. Again, great staff, budget hotel and great deal, no hassle with all the typical PI hotel surcharges "

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"
