The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). "We enjoyed our stay here. We had two rooms for a couple and teenager. The rooms are very cozy and the bathrooms utilize every square inch. But we were really just there to sleep and it’s a great location. Close to public transit and many great restaurants within a short distance. We liked being close to the river to take walks in the morning and my husband went for a run along it one day. Pillows were not great for some of us, so if you’re used to a big fluffy pillow maybe bring your own. "

It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes.
