「Our stay was amazing and the front desk clerk, when we checked in, was top notch. She went above and beyond to make our check in process simple, and even gave us great information about things to do. Our 1 bedroom condo was very nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The living room sofa was a bit outdated and uncomfortable, which wasn't a big deal since we didn't stay in there much. The front desk clerk for the duration of our stay was a young man who could have cared less about...

「The pool is closed they failed to mention at check in. Also the first floor smells like wet dog and poop. Beds were the only good thing in the whole building! I would not recommend」

「The room and property were very clean. The breakfast bar was standard, but very well maintained and attended. The pool area is small and there were mo umbrellas for sun protection. The bed was not particularly comfortable and the room had little space for personal items.」

「Love the Lodge stayed here several times but this time was different. The maide service was terrible had a 2 room condo they never touched the 2nd room never made any of the beds. The last day check out is 10:00 am they started knocking at 8:30 am then front desk started calling saying the maide is waiting she was sitting by our door until we left at 9am! We paid 2 grand for 4 days dont appreciate being pushed out on check out day! We will never stay there again nor will our family members!」

「帰りの車の予約日が誤って登録されていて困っていたところ、コンシェルジュの方があちらこちらに連絡してくれ、なんとか帰ることが出来ました。英語をうまく話せず1人旅であったため非常に不安でしたが、１時間もの間親身になり車を手配してくださいました。ホテル全体も温かな雰囲気で楽しいひとときを過ごしました。ベトナム料理のレストランも、美味しかったです。」

「Enjoyed the balcony, separate bedroom and kitchen. Very convenient to Ford Park for Music Festival. Great location.」

「Staff very friendly, lobby clean and coffee delicious. Easy to arrange free shuttle to vail village, complimentary ski valet at base of mountain. Hot tub and pool wonderful but would have nice if they provided robes. Would stay here again for sure.」

「スキー場へ行くために利用。 立地は抜群。 ただ、駐車場が少ないことと、ルームクリーニングの際、テレビのリモコンが棚の裏に落とされていたり、シャンプーの替えが置かれていないなどは、改善してほしい点」
