「My family and I had a great time at the Wilderness at the Smokies. When booking thru Expedia, do understand that you will be in a property that is across the street from the indoor water park area. You can drive and see if there is parking in that side or take the shuttle bus back and forth. Possibly if you call or pick a different option than I did you might be able to figure out how to get a room in the same building as the indoor water park to avoid this drive or catching the bus. 「Great place to stay. Just finished a 4 night stay and we were very pleased. 24/7 pool and nightly movies and popcorn was the cherry on top. The beds were semi hard and could use a pillow top. 」

「I expected more from a BW Signature property. Overall it was fine. Room had fresh finishes, clean tiled floors. The sink was literally 3 inches from the door. They came and swapped out our towels and removed trash, but didn’t change linens or make beds. It was quiet, good location, ample parking. We didn’t eat the comp breakfast offered but it looked tasty. 」

「The rooms are good. The value with all of the amenities is fantastic. My kids loved the pool and slides. It wasn't overly busy when we went and they got a lot of use out of the slides! Definitely would go back and stay again. 」

「Love the location, close to everything. Walking distance to the Island and restaurant. Also has a private parking lot. It's an older building, but it has been updated. 「This was such a great place to bring our kids! The staff was friendly, the water park was great and the location is convenient to area attractions. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the tv remotes didn’t work very well, but overall we absolutely loved it. Would definitely come back!」

「Very spacious for my family of five! For extended stay trips I’ve found my place to stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations for a quick meal before heading out for the day. I felt like I was at home during the time I was at the hotel. The staff was friendly! 」

「建物は新しくて綺麗です。周辺にはガソリンスタンド、飲食店、スーパーが歩いて行ける距離にあり、便利です。ただ私が泊まった部屋については、ちょっと変な臭いがしていてとても不快でした。シーツなどを洗う洗剤のせいかもしれません。できればそこを改善して欲しいと感じました。」

「My wife and I have been staying at Aloft quite a bit lately; mostly because it’s VERY DOG FRIENDLY… The room is clean and nicely accommodated with a very large mounted TV, and free internet. My only negative is rather poor water pressure in the shower and lack of a true breakfast option.」

「Old but clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful ,I was glad because she changed to a room with a balcony. Good service with tea and coffee and popcorn. Iced tea was very good. However, there was gray hair on the towels and dryer in the bathroom and someone opened the sugar in the coffee set. 」
