「Really nice pool although we didn’t get to use it, just got there too late and left too early. 25 hr fitness center, buffet breakfast, property well kept and room was spacious. Only oddity was the shower head was rather low. Fine for me, we are not tall but could see that might be an issue for taller people!?」

「When we got to the hotel room the bed had stains on it. The tub has an air bubble in the floor. We were gone for a day we stayed for 4 nights they went into room to “clean” all they did was take my snacks and replace the trash there was trash that wasn’t on the floor then on the floor and they went through our bags my wife is diabetic and can’t be missing her medication. They then denied going through our bags and left the room a mess replacing the bedding we were already using with bedding that...

「The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.」

「We were in Colorado Springs for one night for our nephew's Air Force graduation and this room was perfect! Modern, clean, close to the base and other amenities - the price was right and it was just what we needed! Thank you!」

「Staff was unavailable at night and had the front desk phone busy on purpose. Very frustrating. undermanned staff. Property was pretty nice. Night staff distracted.」
