"The hotel was in a great location and surprisingly quiet for being so close to Times Square. The air conditioner was very loud and there were workers right outside of the window working from 8-4 everyday. The worst was the price I was quoted in hotels. com was 25% less than the price I paid at the desk. Buyer beware."

"The hotel is in a convenient location. All major shops are just a train ride away. The breakfast staff, Annaleigh Aleman and Diomarys Correa were very warm and friendly. They were also quite observant and attentive to our needs. Front office supervisor, Gregory Peralta did a lot to ensure a smooth welcome and check-in. The complimentary bottle of wine was just A-class.This was my second visit, and would strongly recommend."
