「I arrived at The Great Western for 5 nights B&B and my pre booked parking space was ready when I pulled into the car park. The lady on reception was welcoming and talked me through the booking in process. My room was on the second floor, and there is a lift or stairs to get there. Definitely easier in the lift if you have bags. I was very impressed with my double room that overlooked the front car park and main road. It was very spacious and clean. Yes, it’s a little tired looking in places but...

「We were very impressed with the room and facilities. Comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches from quilted rain coats to fresh milk in the fridge and even complementary larger in the fridge in our room. Also a super selection of coffee pods and tea for our use which added a bit of luxury to our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast was excellent as was our evening meal. Highly recommended 」

「Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields. We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the...
