「When we arrived at the hotel we were charged an extra £10 to park. No mention of that booking. The Hotel looked like it had been closed down for refurbishment wet paint signs all in reception no furniture. arrived at our rooms had beautiful views but rooms were very tired and dated. carpets are filthy and radiators, filthy bathroom really outdated blocked toilets no loo roll. Shower was awful no power whatsoever very very small cubicle.Just one cup in a room for two people. Kettle has old water...

「What a lovely hotel to stay at. The location is amazing. With beautiful views of the sea/beach. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of dining options if you didn’t fancy eating at the restaurant on site (but the menu was really good). Will definitely be back soon」

「Clean, nice room for a single person. My private bathroom was Cosy. The staff's were above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to maitain good standards. Everyone was happy with their stay that i saw. Wish I'd gone to the bar there looked fantastic the morning after a party look. I missed it. Would definitely stay again. Want a double room next time. All the rooms have private bathrooms, this is not a back packers hostel, they are families rooms.」

「Just not very good, reasonable price but not really budget or bargain, Great location next to the train, Great Western beach and Pub, Just not a very good hotel. The single room is tiny with a tiny bed and looks more like a student doss house. No air con, fan doesn't work, no lift to the 3rd floor. Staff often not available at all, has a chintzy looking restaurant in the front but no idea what or if they serve, so many better places to eat, or stay for that matter. Tired.」
