「Lovely trip away. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The grounds are spectacular and an easy walk to the beach. The staff were great especially Gerard. Room and ensuite bathroom nice. Dinner service the one night we ate there was extremely slow, but I suspect there was an issue in the kitchen that day and that was not the norm. We spent 2 nights there and I could have easily stayed longer! Thank you.」

「Really friendly and nice staff. Hotel is clean. Food is good. Had a comfortable bed (was a firm mattress). Great Wi-Fi connection. Room was spacious (had a triple bedroom) bathroom had a bath and separate shower cubicle. Some areas could do with an update, e.g the carpets. Reasonable priced rooms.」

「We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. 」

「The Ship & Castle have a very welcoming team who looked after us very well. It’s right opposite the quayside, with temporary parking opposite the entrance Laos for unloading your luggage and then just a few minutes walk from the main car park. 「Great stay in a room 11 which was more like a little separate home. Food quality was good and staff were nice. While overall cleanliness was decent, we had hairs in shower and over our toilet and my parent had some mess in their bathroom too. Really liked the branded ‘newspapers’ with the property details and its history, as well as the separate lounge downstairs.」

「We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help.
