For us, this was a last minute booking due to a family funeral nearby. It was great to have speedy communication. After an 8 hour drive we arrived in the dark and the property was hard to find. Adding a what 3 words or clearer directions would have helped a lot. The key saf

A very nice property, in very quiet vacation community. Perfectly located for visits to Port Isaac, NewQuay, Padstow, Polzeath, Tintagel. The only small negative, we found the bed wasn't not the most comfortable, neither were the pillows, but all else met or exceeded expectations.

Lovely property and nearby to plenty of amenities and good beaches and restaurants.

We had a very nice time at the lodge and were very lucky with the weather. It's a shame the wifi and telephone signal was so poor it made booking pubs and restaurants very difficult as they only wanted on line bookings.

Due to being with our family we enjoyed our stay but a few points to make. It was not clear where the key box was when we arrived tired, so we contacted the phone number given and the young lady was sad that she could not help us. We eventually found it under the decking lip , not at all easy to find without clear instructions. On two beds the sheets were very damp !! so we had to put them through the Dryer next day, We then discovered that one of the sheets had three splits in it !!!! We were also disappointed that as there were four adults there was only two large shower/bath towels.
