「Good and bad. We had 2queen beds. One was fine but the other was too soft and needs to be replaced. Roller shades were broken. And I did not complain as it was just one night Room had a horrible chemical fragrance which I found nauseating. Perhaps others wouldnt mind. Room is spacious with a full kitchen for long term stays or traveling with kids. Room could easily sleep 6 with pull out sofa. Staff were nice. Included breakfast was fine. 」

「The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer 」

「Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once...

「The property is very old, there were no bath products, we were lead to believe this was a resort, not a timeshare property. Everything is very outdated. Don’t believe the pictures you see, very deceiving. Everything about the listing is inaccurate. We would never stay there again or would we recommend it.👎」
