"This property is a favorite of ours after a week of sailing. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic but the a/c is cool and the pool and view are amazing. Close to town and everything is walkable. If you are looking for luxury this property this is probably not for you but if you want to live like a local this property is for you"

"Decent budget accommodations in the center of Charlotte Amalie managed by a responsive staff. There's a café on premises offering complimentary coffee and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch items which is nice as there aren't many restaurants very close by. The A/C was inadequate as it was poorly installed at floor level and window's louvers could not be fully closed. The ceiling fan did not work but the staff provided a standing fan. Mosquitoes were an occasional problem. "
