All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!」

「Be sure to clarify what specific room you are getting prior to your trip. Ours what not the same level of quality as the one we had expected. And after a couple days of investigating we realized there was bat droppings falling on our bed and they were unable to move us to another room until whole 24 hours later. We had to rearrange the furniture to move the bed to a "safe zone" to sleep. All of it was unfortunate. The kid the front desk tried to be helpful, but wasn't really able to do...
