"I am a regular at the Shores. I always stay there because it is right on the beach and well managed. The front desk staff and bellmen are so polite and helpful. The Bar is iconic with its big windows and great service! "

"There are many good things. The facility is like a motel, an upgraded motel. The bath sink is partially clogged. The shower stream was set in a strangely strong but not adjustable - that makes the shower is not comfortable. The AC makes loud and strange noise all night - it is difficult to have a good sleep. The bed and linens are ok, better than what a motel uses."

"We had a great week at the Ocean Park Inn celebrating our wedding anniversary. Loved our king oceanfront room, amazing view that we never wanted to leave. Great location, very walkable as well as just a quick drive to Balboa Park, Loma Lighthouse, Old Town etc. Great friendly staff were always helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town! "
