It would be good to see some updates, ie. a key card rather than a huge key and a small store onsite the resort with daily necessities that the hotel does not provide. The body wash in the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. "

"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...
