"Great location! Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach"

"The good-The lifts literally ran outside the window. Perfect ski in/out location. Adequate on-site parking and walk to village area. Appreciated all the extra coat hooks in the hallway. Not good-communication with property manager. Not informed there was a known issue with tv prior to check in. No tv or internet until later in day 2. And even then, only tv in living room worked, not the one in the bedroom. Not good for the non-skier college professor who needed to be connected. Manager was also...

The rental management company provided timely info before arrival and responded quickly when the CO2 alarm went off, however did not respond upon our departure. I wanted to give them a heads' up about a few things that need attention. "Perfect stay for a family ski trip to Northstar. Quite a lot of space and very comfortable. The Northstar shuttle was super convenient, fast, and we used it every day. Large kitchen with everything you need and we cooked several meals and ate out several nights. Large backyard for playing in the snow and large outside deck. "
