"Clean room, the amenities were amazing! Second time staying there and my kids absolutely love it "

"The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing...

"Wasn’t allowed to leave bags down in lobby of hotel on checkout day because I was “apparently” not a hotel guest because it’s a separate room to the hotel. The only gym is not included apparently as hotel staff have said only thing that can be used is pool."

"Room not even close to clean, check in process is ridiculous (no key on site) have to walk a kilometre down the road, lovely brown stain on bed! Stained towels"

"Sorry no staff directions were not clear regarding the entrance Only one set of key,which was not ready until after 3.20pm.Should have been 3pm. NO staff to communicate to regarding issues.The main door entrance was really hard to open. r"

"The room was nice, clean and had a nice view. Good location and comfy bed We booked last minute on Australia Day and were pleased with the room, few things outdated and could do with a pest spray "
