"Very friendly staff, I was carrying a fresh knee injury and staff were very helpful and caring. Also upgraded us to a bigger, nicer room with a balcony, which was very nice. Facilities (pool, spa, sauna) were very clean, one of the beat pool areas with a nice Waterfall feature. Spa could have more bubbles if I'm being picky, it appears some of the jets weren't working or were shut off. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy. Close to tram which gets you into the heart of GC withing 10 mins. Very pleasant stay."
