"Lower cost motel for the area, but clean and seems smoke free. Many TV stations. Homeless people out and about in small numbers. A few maintenance issues: loose toilet seat, sink faucet aerator needs cleaning, door lock needs service, nice new fridge, strong lighting, strong AC but loud, towels but basic. First floor usu. quiet at night but sometimes you can her kids through the ceiling."
