"Atención deficiente, tardaron 1 hora en encontrar el control del aire acondicionado. Ubicado en una zona ruidosa, un bar cercano cierra 3 am. Nos dieron toallas que todavía estaban húmedas, parte de la ropa de cama también se sentía húmeda. Tomas eléctricos alejados de las camas. No hay agua caliente, estacionamiento ni ascensor, no estaba funcionando el Wifi. Llegamos a la medianoche y logramos dormir hasta después de las 2 am. "It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again. "
