"Safe,clean and too far away walk from the train stop."

"Overall this hostel is quite ok, but it's not recommended if you are going to travel other place frequantly through JR as the train schedule is loose and quite expensive."

"This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. "

"We slept on the loft as we did not want to move the heavy futon down and I got bitten by bed bugs! Not worth the price and it's a 2km walk up and down slope to the lake area."

"Location is good ,Close to the Lake . Not very clean. A bit smelly. Over priced in the off-season based on the quality of accommodation"
