"While my family has been to LBI many times in the past, this was the first time our granddaughters, 4 and 7, had been to the beach. It was exciting for all and we were thrilled to be so close to the beach. The bunk beds were perfect for the girls and the house was clean and comfortable."

"Great location for beach access. There were a few safety issues - 1- the loose patio board that we all tripped over several times all week. The back door (this is main entrance ) threshold was unsecured and loose. We kept having to put back in place so we didn’t trip. The kitchen rug we tripped over that all week as it was all wrinkled up. Under the sink cabinet was filthy and that is where the tiny trash can was.
