"Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The condition was so bad staff not friendly. The room was so uncomfortable dirty disgusting not very helpful at all. Staff are so rude and Elegant, not helpful some cases they raise their voice and shout don’t speak of English have to work with translator they have cheated me with the transport so many timesdon’t So many times "

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

"Rooms were good, staff was nice, there is a need to have small refrigerator in room n they should give a few more number of water bottles per day, over all nice experience, good location across for shopping n specially if you are looking for halal food joints nearby"

"酒店地點方便，就在北京路步行街街頭，到北京路地鐵站步行1分鐘～ 酒店門面，裝修品味，房間音樂不錯，職員有禮～ 住宿包早餐，品種和味道不錯！ 房間面積尚大，但部份房間沒有向街的窗～ 酒店衛生良好，牆壁有刮痕，但應該和住客的行李箱有關～"
