This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...
