「I made reservations at this property and reserved a room for 2 nights because they do not allow early check ins. So I was going to pay for an extra night so my boyfriend and I could check in a 5am the check in time is 3:30pm. I payed for travel protection also. When we arrived at 5am I was told that my reservation was cancelled I was never informed of this cancellation and they refused to help us with another room.」
