「1) dirty room (135) 2) 6 cockroaches in bathroom 3) No towels 4) Dirty bedding 5) Switched to a different room (219) which had no towels, and the air conditioner wasn’t working in Newport in August on 85 degree days 6) Back exit door is broken-it snaps back hard. The rusty nail cut my arm creating a black and blue bruise, requiring a tetanus shot. 7) Staff friendly but passive (on phones) and not helpful at all. 8) Many people complaining; no housekeeping; they “ran out of towels” Staff said...
