「I was not given the room guaranteed on expedia (I booked a deluxe king with fridge) and was given 2 queens with no fridge and told it's "first come first served" and the price would be changed (it changed to $3 less total). The room was constantly wet with puddles on the floor even though I cleaned it daily and no one came into the room. A window was covered with a plastic trash bag as I presumed it was broken and not repaired. I stayed here for folk fest and had no other options so we stuck it...

「Great little old-school motel! circa 1960s? Well maintained for the price, I like the linoleum floors instead of carpet. Close to beaches, thrift and antique stores, Best of all great grounds: a working pool, an artificial waterfall flowing into a small fishpond. Lots of places to sit and relax, alone or with others. Grills and BBQ's around. Big field behind it for frisky pooches like mine. Or even a croquet pitch. Was under some grounds repair, but for the $$ well worth it. Will be back for...

「The location is absolutely perfect - an easy walk to the wharves and all they have to offer but tucked off to the side so that it’s quiet and not right in the middle of the bustle. Beautifully situated on the harbor with a lovely outdoor terrace area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is by valet only, which is a little annoying, but they are quick and friendly.」
