「I was in India on a business trip in many small towns, and as a last step before catching the flight - I used this hotel. Very clean, very efficient, and friendly staff. Compared to all hotels I had (even from better chains like Meridien in surat) - this was simply the best even though it was rated two stars. 」

「They are con artist and dishonest people. Booked via orbitz and paid. When went to the hotel in Mumbai, they said that they were 100% occupied and turned me down. They told me to contact with orbitz to get the refund. When I contacted orbitz, they said that the hotel management said that the room was given. I guess I am thd liar here. Simply stay away from such evil entities and so from orbitz. I sm gonna file a complaint with the US DA office.」

「My father had a wonderful stay at this place. This Hotel conveniently located right next to a bus terminal and close to Bandra railway station as well. They provide filtered drinking water which is really good. You can carry your own bottle and fill it multiple times a day. There are good and reasonable food options nearby and they let you carry food inside the room. The rooms are a bit small, so if you have lots of luggage, it may get very congested.
