I had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and overall I had a good experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Really nice warm welcome and everything was explained to me clearly. The staff were very helpful with any questions I had like, how to get to the rapido pickup point and what shops were close by. I loved the decor and how quiet and peaceful it was in the common areas but also had life to it. The washroom was very clean and the bed was comfy and getting a towel was a nice touch and the ability to have your bed made fresh each day. I also liked that they provided locker keys and safe places to leave your belongings. Only change I'd make is the position of the fan as it didnt really sit right and so you couldn't really feel the breeze and the shelf wasnt really usable because the fan was on it, and a shelf is always really useful. Also somewhere to hang your towels and clothes would have been ideal, either hooks on doors and walls or a coat rack might work, as in the female dorm there was a lot of space for something. I didn't mind the area, it is a market by day which is cool and lots of local, helpful shops around including a place to get an indian sim, Xerox it was called and he was very helpful. I enjoyed seeing a the cute kittens and cats around too. Thank you for a great stay! Victoria
